PEDROLLO GROUP ACQUIRES A MAJORITY STAKE IN SACI PUMPS

Pedrollo Group announces the acquisition of a majority stake in Saci Pumps, a Spanish company based in Barcelona (Granollers), specialized in the design, manufacture and distribution of swimming pool pumps.

Pedrollo Group expands its portfolio of swimmingpool pumps and strengthens its presence in the Spanish market enhancing growth opportunities for both companies.

Saci Pumps’ revenues are projected to total some EUR 27 million in 2022. When combined with the Group’s strong organic growth (over 10% compared to 2021), Pedrollo is on the path to achieving turnover over EUR 420 million with over 3 million electric pumps sold.

The acquisition will strengthen Pedrollo Group's penetration in the Iberian market and significantly expand the range of pool pumps offered to customers worldwide.

The acquisition of the Spanish company confirms the strategy adopted by Pedrollo to strengthen its direct presence in important global markets and to implement intra-group synergies.
